I understand that you have to lose weight, especially from your abdominal area. I don’t know why. But let’s consider a vacation to a nice place with some of your pals or some other couples. Or maybe summer is fast approaching, and you want to be comfortable in a bathing suit. What are you going to do to reduce tummy fat? Well, take my words and forget everything you know about something called low carb diet or low-fat diet, crash diet, or maybe Atkins diet. I’m going to tell you something real. Hundreds of people listened to me and benefited. Above all, I used it, and I found this the best knowledge about losing belly fat.
Whatever your reasons are, stop sitting back and relaxing. Get your butts up and start following the below guidelines.
Rule#1: Don’t drop calories drastically. Because your body can’t live without calories. Don’t stop carbohydrates also because these are the biggest and main suppliers of calories or energy. But you will be very choosy about carbohydrates and the number of carbohydrates. Well, while talking about choosing carbohydrates, there are chances of misunderstanding. We can write books only on carbohydrates. But, here, we are going to make things simple. These two weeks, you are going to take purely natural and organic carbs like fruits. You’ll not lower your calories at the same time, they’ll help you reduce body fat. Please note, if anybody tells you to stop taking fresh fruits, get away from him.
Rule #2: Increase the amount of protein in your meals. Start with a thumb rule. Your protein size will be the size of your palm. Yes, I meant it. If it is meat, the volume of the meat will be the volume of your palm. Try with this size first. If you feel hungry after 2 hours of a meal, you need to increase the quantity of protein. When you feel satiated after 4 hours of taking a meal, you know that you’re taking the right amount of protein.
Rule #3: vegetables are the blessings of nature. Balanced carbs, lots of fiber, and good phytonutrients will fill your body with helpful elements that’ll help you feel satiated for a longer period. While satiated, you’ll not look for junk food in your diet. In addition to that, vegetables help you fight diseases like colon cancer.
Rule #4: Start a full-body workout. Not abdominal workout. Crunches and sit-ups will build muscles underneath your belly fat. They won’t help reduce tummy fat. Belly fat is burnt with a full-body workout. The function of a full-body workout is not losing tummy fat right away but keeping you fit and boosting your metabolism. When you boost metabolism, you burn fat even while sleeping.
